We are a software company offering a SaaS platform subscription to HOAs and COAs nationwide. Our platform provides invoicing, payment processing, accounting, and communication tools to self-managed HOAs, COAs, and property managers.
The individual hired for this position will assist clients who have questions concerning accounting in the PayHOA platform & general accounting questions. The position will include a mix of emails, video meetings, & phone calls based on the needs of the PayHOA clientele.
General Duties:
- Answering accounting emails/tickets from PayHOA clients.
- Scheduling phone calls or video meetings as needed to address PayHOA customer concerns/offer accounting training.
- Assist customer success representatives & sales team as needed with accounting questions.
- Answering phone calls from PayHOA clients.
- Meeting deadlines where applicable.
- Attending company meetings & trainings when scheduled.
- General tasks as requested from Accounting Support Team Lead/other members of leadership.
- Maintaining and supplementing the customer knowledge base.
This is a fast-growing business. We currently provide service for several thousand HOAs and are adding customers quickly, so the responsibilities and daily tasks are seldom identical day-to-day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
