About The Role :
The Engage Account Manager is a highly motivated and results-oriented member of our growing team at PayIt. As an Engage Account Manager, you play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our outdoor clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our Engage CRM product and marketing engagement services, and driving overall outdoor customer engagement success. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing them with ongoing support, identifying and implementing marketing campaigns, and contributing to the development and execution of customer engagement strategies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Campaign Management :
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns for clients
- Track and analyze campaign results such as conversion rates, CAC and ROI
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance
- Overall CRM and Marketing Success :
- Contribute to the development and execution of client engagement strategies and overall improvement of the Engage CRM platform
- Identify and implement marketing initiatives that drive client growth and retention
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices
- Client Implementation :
- Oversee the implementation and onboarding of new Outdoor clients to the PayIt Engage CRM
- Provide training and support to clients on using the PayIt platform
- Troubleshoot client issues and ensure they are using the platform to its full potential
- Client Support :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns
- Manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Other Duties As Assigned :
- Contribute to corporate marketing initiatives as it relates to the Outdoor Vertical
- Support client innovations and optimization initiatives
- Leverage customer and agency feedback to improve and evolve the Outdoors CORE and Engage CRM product offerings
