Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and trends.
- Manage general ledger reconciliation and ensure all accounts are accurately maintained.
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Perform account reconciliation to verify the integrity of financial data.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP standards in all financial reporting and practices.
- Prepare regulatory reports as required by government agencies and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Monitor cash management activities to optimize liquidity and investment strategies.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role within a finance department.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles, including cash management and regulatory reporting.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, general ledger reconciliation, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP standards and their application in day-to-day operations.
- Exceptional financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
