JOB TITLE: Installation Manager (East Side Location)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM to 4 PM) and Saturday as needed
COMPENSATION: $72,000 Base or Override on managed installation projects, earn over $120,000 plus

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be willing to drive up to 70 miles.
- 2 years experience in home improvement, kitchens, acrylic bathrooms, flooring is a plus
- 2 years experience as a project manager, superintendent is a PLUS
- 2 years of finish carpentry experience is a PLUS
- 2 years installing cabinets and cabinet refacing is a PLUS
- Construction Knowledge and codes related to– cabinets/countertops/backsplash/flooring/ plumbing, electrical and framing needed
- Light patchwork, drywall, plaster, and stucco repairs is a PLUS
- Light carpentry, trim work, staining, painting caulking, snap and lock flooring repairs is a PLUS
- Accurate measurement and documentation skills
- Strong Mathematical Skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be in good physical condition to perform with no limits tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Sales background is a PLUS
