Are you skilled in account resolution within the utilities sector and thrive in a call center environment? If you’re fluent in English and Spanish and ready to elevate your career with a growing company, Payless Power wants to meet you! We’re expanding and seeking Account Resolution Representatives to help resolve customer accounts efficiently and with outstanding service.

Start Date: Monday, December 9

Shift: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $18/hour

Location: This role is in-office, not remote.

In This Role, You Will:

• Be the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve issues swiftly using strong problem-solving skills.
• Stay informed on company policies to proactively enhance service quality.
• Maintain a positive and solution-focused attitude in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and collaborate with your team to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in customer account resolution; call center experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish with exceptional communication abilities.
• Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and quick problem resolution.
• Teamwork skills to foster collaboration and enhance service quality.
