As an Assistant Branch Manager you will be responsible for supporting customers within the community in problem-solving their financial needs, identifying areas of growth, and developing new account relationships while expanding existing ones. The Assistant Branch Manager will be a key contributor in the success of a Consumer Loan Office, and will work alongside a dedicated team to achieve Branch and Company goals.

Assistant Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition
- Work closely with team members to obtain branch goals successfully
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Maintain daily office procedures and operations
- Assist team members with new loan processing and payments
- Maintain and balance cash drawer daily
- Perform collections calls on delinquent accounts and build solutions
- Make daily bank deposits
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
- Interact with customers in a positive, energetic, and respectful manner
- The Assistant Branch Manager will help promote all products including Tax Preparation.
- Work to grow your store by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, participating in and hosting in-store and community events.

- Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
