As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will assist customers with their financial needs, identify areas for growth within the branch, and establish new account relationships while expanding existing ones. Your contribution will be instrumental in the success of our Consumer Loan Office.

Assistant Branch Manager Role:
- Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
- Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
- Work with customers to review credit and loan eligibility while processing and preparing loan applications.
- Make loan underwriting decisions to give the best options to our customers.
- Maintain policy and procedure compliance
- Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank.
- Assist with account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
- Educate customers on all product offerings through the cycle of their financial transactions, including our tax services.
