Great store management is essential to any successful organization. As a Branch Manager, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations and success of a Consumer Loan Office. Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
- Work with customers to review credit and loan eligibility while processing and preparing loan applications.
- Make loan underwriting decisions to give the best options to our customers.
- Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
- Oversee account management and recovery processes while focusing on customer service to prevent loss and charge-off accounts, including collection calls.
- Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank.
- Ensure effective teamwork and communication to meet customer needs.
- Train new employees to help develop their skills and understanding of branch operations.
- Educate customers on all product offerings through the cycle of their financial transactions, including our tax services.

What We Are Looking For:
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Prior experience in retail, sales of the financial industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
