Job Description
Our Vantage Technical Services division is seeking a highly motivated and committed individual interested in learning a new field. The individual will be responsible for transporting cash and will be trained to maintain ATM machines. Also, provide armored courier service throughout Jackson, MS and surrounding areas. Immediate position available. We have competitive pay, benefits and much more!
*You must have your own weapon and be able to obtain the security guard firearm permit once hired*
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Make on-site visits to locations to repair, install and/or load cash in ATM equipment
- Engage with the customer to ensure high levels of customer service
- Program ATM’s unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support
- Repair and Test ATM parts
- Monitor ATM’s with Remote Management System (RMS)
- Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations
- Document activities within the PAI system
- Guard and protect the assets of the employer
- Other field and service work as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Firearms experience preferred (training will be provided)
- Compliance with all local and state firearm laws and either has obtained or capable of obtaining any necessary local or State carry license or permit
- Carry an approved firearm while performing the duties of a ATM Cash Loader
- Clean driving record and a valid Mississippi driver’s license
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality relating to sensitive information
- Must be willing to work some overtime, Saturdays and holidays as needed
- Willingness to work alone
A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated. Successful performance on pre-employment tests may be required.
Position requires successfully passing a drug test prior to hire and upon any accident / incident or discharge of firearm while on duty.

COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite to include Outlook, Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of PAIReports a plus
- Ability to use a mobile device for reporting activity during the day.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This work is performed on the road at different locations. The working environment can be distracting due to noise. Must have the ability to bend, reach over your head and to individually lift or move up to 250 lbs. assisted with a hand-dolly.
EFFORT:
Must be able to see, hear, speak and listen. Must be an excellent listener. Constant moving up/down/around the job site area. Continuous communication with ATM and/or Vault Dispatcher. Daily contact with management and co-workers. Work can be stressful and requires a calm, patient demeanor.
License/Certification:
- CCW or Handgun Permit (Required once hired)
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
