Paymore stores is a growing Franchise in the retail space. Paymore focuses on purchasing electronics to resell online where most of their sales are made. They purchase anything from Phones, Tablets, Computers, Cameras, Drones, and anything in between.
PayMore is the fastest growing second-hand electronics franchise in the nation. With 35 locations and an additional 200 expected in the next 3 years. PayMore buys and sells used electronics. We are looking for someone interested in electronics and technology, with great customer service skills and management experience.
Looking for growth opportunities? This is the place! The franchise group over this PayMore location is building an additional 15 locations in the Southeast over the next 5 years.
The Store Manager reports to The District Manager. The mission of the Store Manager is to manage store metrics, including; financials, staffing, marketing efforts, and customer satisfaction. The main challenge is buying enough inventory to keep sales steady and labor at the expected level. Likewise, it is expected to build a great atmosphere for the employees you manage. You are expected to keep the employees accountable on speed, accuracy and customer service expectations as well as yourself.
Pay is $16-$19/hr Quarterly bonuses, and PTO. This position is expected to work 40-50 hours per week based on store needs. Store hours are 10am-6 pm Monday - Friday and 11am - 3 pm on Saturday, closed on Sundays. This leaves you with flexibility of your schedule and a great work-life balance. There are 3-5 employees at this store that will need to be managed.

A day at PayMore as a Store Manager (Responsibilities and Tasks)
- Ensure Shipments are packed and shipped.
-Respond to all emails and calls.
-Count Drawer(s)/Cash runs to bank
- Coach Employees
- Negotiate with customers on a fair price.
-Ensure retail and BOH is organized correctly.
-List items for sell.
The first interview will be a phone call, the second interview will be in person. The top 3 candidates will have a paid working interview prior to a job offer.
