The Service BDC Reps are responsible answering inbound calls, setting appointments, responding to internet inquiries, and making outbound calls.
As a Service BDC Representative, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales within our dealership. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing outbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing CRM software to track interactions. Your strong communication skills and phone etiquette will be essential in building relationships with clients. With a focus on retail sales and automotive knowledge, you will contribute to our team's success by effectively supporting sales initiatives and ensuring a seamless customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls & respond to service inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments
- Reschedule no-show customers
- Make appointments for Service
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis
- Work in conjunction with the Service Department - consultants and managers
- Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous call center / sales or service experience preferred
- Knowledge of vehicles / automotive industry a plus
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Experience utilizing inventory and/or CRM systems
- Strong/outgoing personality
- MS Office Suite computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
