Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus
- Proven dealership experience in an accounting role
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Maintain precise financial records and documentation
- Aid in financial reports and budget preparation
- Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries
- Provide support to the accounting team with additional tasks as required.
