**Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Keep the service department clean and appearance of the service department, including bays, walkways, and surrounding areas.
- Immediately clean up oil spills, coolant, or any other automotive fluids to prevent accidents and maintain safety compliance.
- Remove trash and debris from all designated areas regularly throughout the day. Sweep, mop, and pressure was surfaces as needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies and materials are stored properly and replenished as necessary.
- Assist with shop organization by keeping tools and equipment in designated areas.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures and guidelines.
- Take direction from and report directly to the shop foreman
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach consistently throughout the shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
