PAYNE PEST MANAGEMENT is growing and looking to add PEST CONTROL TECHNICIANS to our first-class service team. We are looking for self-motivated professionals capable of working with a team or out on your own. You must be customer focused, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic.
A service professional is responsible for identifying and eliminating pest problems. These services include but are not limited to; safely applying pesticides to the interior and exterior of commercial buildings and private homes. Setting and baiting rodent bait stations. Bird control and clean up. Gopher and ground squirrel control. Bee services which include hive removal, honey extraction and wall intrusions.
Our service professionals are trained in maintaining a working partnership with businesses, homeowners, and property managers. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills are a must. A Well Qualified Applicant Will have the following qualities:
• Have a Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator License.
• QAL or QAC Category B license is a plus.
• Possess a clean driving record (H-6 DMV printout required).
• Pass a background check, physical and pre-employment drug screening.
