Job DescriptionActivationDevelop Consumer Marketing Campaigns : Create and deliver pre-packaged consumer marketing campaigns and materials that help our clients launch and promote the PayNearMe platform, features and / or payment types (consumer-facing). Example : Campaigns on how to promote cash payment options to customers.Create Training Resources : Design training assets, such as videos, guides and other materials, to educate our clients’ employees on using our platform before, during and after launch (client-facing). Example : Tutorials on navigating the business portal or engaging agents effectively.Provide Tailored Consultations for Key Clients : Partner with named accounts to support their customer marketing initiatives, offering tailored guidance and strategic recommendations.Build Welcome Packages : Develop and manage comprehensive "Welcome Packages" to ensure new clients have everything they need to launch with confidence.Adoption & ExpansionSegmentation : Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions. Develop client segmentation and stages, product usage and behaviors to develop scalable marketing programs.Improve Feature Adoption : Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to identify and promote underutilized features.Increase Platform Utilization : Work with Marketing and Client Success Managers (CSMs) to design and execute campaigns that boost awareness, adoption and usage of underutilized tools & features.Up / Cross-Sell Campaigns : Partner with Marketing and CSMs to create up / cross-sell campaigns for new monetization efforts.
