Qualfications
- One to two years related experience or equivalent.
- Superb customer service/Communication skills.
- Proficient computer operator.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- flexibility, and a willingness accept change quickly
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Use POS system for all transactions
- Work in confined areas alone with the understanding of the Company’s security/safety policies and procedures.
- Open and close the store when required.
- Adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as heavy verbal demands of customer service
- successfully performing transactions while upholding Banking-related Compliance rules and regulations.
- Maintaining a harmonious work environment with colleagues through practice of mutual respect.
- You must be available: Thurs - Sun. 2-9 pm - PT
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- Able to float to other locations in the area : Stores 406 -- 56-54 Myrtle Ave, Ridgewood, New York, 11385; Store 422 -- 102-26 Atlantic Ave, Ozone Park, New York, 11416; Store 425 -- 105-16 Cross Bay Blvd, Ozone Park, New York, 11417
