The group is focused on strengthening PayPal’s large enterprise platform value proposition and strategy and accelerating profitable growth. The team is relied upon to drive the product strategy, spearhead critical operational processes and act as an oversight body for the broader team leading essential communication and governance routines. The team works closely with various internal stakeholders including other Product domain leads, Sales and FP&A, and Engineering. Your way to impact: The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and leadership skills as well a proven track record of delivering outcomes The candidate is: Results Oriented: has a natural drive to deliver and “get things done” Collaborative: can manage multiple stakeholders all at varying level, specifically Product, Analytics and FP&A to effectively drive strategic initiative forward Able to perform in a highly visible role; senior communication and stakeholder management skills are essential Comfortable with ambiguity and able to tackle complex business problems Can effectively multitask multiple requests and easily adapt to changes in priority Has strong attention to detail and organization skills– is able to attention to nuisances in executing large scale projects with lots of moving pieces Your day to day:  The day-to-day work includes facilitating leadership forums, developing strategy documents, refining organizational routines, overseeing critical initiatives, and authoring leadership communications.  The role is an individual contributor role that will have to lead and influence countless employees throughout the organization.  Additional duties include: Collaborating closely with Finance, Senior Product and Commercial Leaders, and other key cross-functional leaders to optimize economic performance and product delivery Support organizations overall financial budget (expense, FTE, etc.) Facilitate and manage agendas town halls, staff meetings and product performance tracking forums Identify and execute on organizational efficiency opportunities Assess upcoming industry trends for commercial and strategic impact Drive strong organizational morale and engagement Illustrate a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and the ecommerce landscape A strong candidate will be self-motivated and able to act with a high degree of independence What do you need to bring: At least 5 years of experience across the payments industry, product strategy, business development or consulting Superb writing, meeting facilitation, PowerPoint and overall communication skills Strong collaborative and influencing skills, with experience working across teams to drive results. Experience working with product and engineering is a plus Role requires “big picture” thinking so high-value opportunities can be prioritized and low-value ones can be set aside Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn all the facets of our products and processes.  Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Excel Bachelors Degree required, MBA or quantitative degree preferred, but not mandatory Additional Job Description: Subsidiary: PayPal Travel Percent: 0 - PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
