Reporting to VP Global Head of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, Executive Recruiting is a strategic, results-oriented and talented People leader who will partner closely with the CEO staff and their leadership teams, People Business Partners (PBPs) and cross-functional teams to drive forward-thinking global Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, assess, hire and retain best talent who will fuel our continued innovation and growth. As part of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team, this person will provide thought leadership and drive the adoption of best-in-class recruitment processes and tools.

Responsibilities will be strategic and broad : pivotal in molding our Global executive recruiting across the globe. You will orchestrate the strategic planning and execution of recruitment processes, exhibit a robust understanding of global executive recruiting, effectively manage crucial stakeholders, and offer outstanding leadership to the talent acquisition team. This comprehensive approach ensures alignment with PayPal's goals and reinforces our standing as a leader in the Global Executive recruiting function.
