- Support development and execution of growth initiatives to drive PYUSD awareness and adoption.
- Support ecosystem growth through partner and community initiatives.
- Support research and analysis efforts.
In your day-to-day role you will
- Create compelling content that supports rapid experimentation of channels, campaigns, creative, and incentives.
- Draft partner-facing materials to support sales enablement including case studies, one-pagers, and success stories.
- Help coordinate and execute events, including industry events, hackathons, and webinars
- Assist in identifying and evaluating partnership opportunities
- Maintain partnership communications and regular updates
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
- Track key growth and adoption metrics
- Assist in analyzing partnership and campaign effectiveness
- Help identify new growth opportunities
- 3-5 years of experience in growth or product marketing, partnerships, or related field
- Have an inexhaustible desire to learn. You want to be a pro at the frontier of industry defining tech like digital currencies, NFTs, DAOs, and Web3
- A high degree of ideation and execution within a fast-paced organization
- A high level of energy, flexibility, perpetual enthusiasm to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Independent thinker that is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Highly accountable, with ability to independently lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple subject areas
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Slack.
- Experience creating content and materials for campaigns (preferred).
- Experience in marketing data analysis and reporting (preferred).
- Community management experience a plus (preferred).
- Familiarity with web3 and crypto technologies a plus
