Job Description Summary :

Meet Our Team PayPal Giving Fund aims to help charities by reinventing everyday giving. We work with the world’s leading online platforms, creating new opportunities to give to charity as part of everyday life. We ensure our programs are engaging, trustworthy and scalable, raising new funds and creating new connections for the charities that benefit. PPGF operates with a small board seconded from PayPal, including a global CEO and CFO, country managers, and finance and operations specialists.

Job Description : Your Way to Impact

• Strategic Leadership : Contribute to formulating and reviewing strategic aims, setting policies, and evaluating performance.
• Financial Oversight : Support the Audit Chair in ensuring financial integrity and compliance.
• Meetings : Attend all board meetings (typically 4 per year) and Audit Committee meetings (also 4 per year). Meetings last 1 to 2 hours each.
• Decision-Making : Scrutinize board papers, lead discussions, and provide advice on key issues. Participate in discussions and decision-making between meetings as required.
• Compliance : Ensure activities align with PPGF’s mission and comply with legal and ethical standards. Uphold the highest level of integrity and comply with PPGF’s Conflict of Interest Policy.
