Job Description Summary :
In this role, you will play a key role in creating high-impact, engaging, and polished user experiences. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of designers, content designers, researchers, and full-stack engineers. Having experience and understanding of the AI world is crucial for this role.
Your Day to Day :
Partners with design, engineering, design systems and product management team members in the execution and delivery of PayPal’s products and services.
Contributes to the planning and estimating work and participates in broader work stream coordination.
Creates high-quality deliverables and executes based on product design goals and priorities.
Leverages and extends the use of established product design techniques and templates.
Creates opportunities to foster collaborative cross-discipline dynamics.
May lead one or more individuals in experience and design initiatives.
Rapidly prototype new user experiences.
Iterate quickly to turn ideas into testable concepts.
Craft solutions focused on the end-user's needs and experiences.

The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $107300 to $259600.
For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace.
