Recruitment Process

As you move through the process of consideration you will begin with an initial screening to assess your fit with the role you’ve applied as well as other potential roles or levels that might be a stronger fit. Following your initial screening with our talent team, a candidate can move through three additional phases if they continue to possess the potential for a role.

Stage 1 : An initial, 30-45 minute hiring manager meeting to review some work samples.

Stage 2 : A 1 hour case study panel presentation with cross discipline members of the design and partner teams.

Stage 3 : A series of 1 : 1 30-45 minute interviews with members of your panel and potential additional partners who were not in the panel presentation.
