We’re seeking full-stack engineers (multiple positions) with 4 to 10 years of experience (compensation will depend on experience; we’re seeking senior and mid-level engineers). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, self-driven, comfortable working in small teams, be able to develop with high-level direction. This is an in-office position, five-days a week based in our San Jose, California office.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain dynamic and responsive web interfaces, primarily using AngularJS, ReactJS/VueJS, and React Native.
- Work closely with backend services built in Node.js, utilizing databases like PostgreSQL, CouchDB, and other NoSQL solutions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and functional UI/UX implementations based on provided designs.
- Contribute to frontend testing and debugging, utilizing tools like Jest.
- Integrate and interact with various third-party APIs on both the frontend and backend.
Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on frontend technologies.
- Solid experience in interfacing with third-party APIs and backend services.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe, or Sketch is a plus.
- Self-driven with a passion for self-paced continuous learning, such as open-source contributions or participation in hackathons.
- Strong debugging and testing skills, with experience using Jest.
- General knowledge of backend technologies, including Node.js, PostgreSQL, CouchDB, and other NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, especially AngularJS and ReactJS/VueJS, and mobile development experience with React Native.
