DescriptionThe Business Relationship Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and boosting revenue by identifying potential clients, cultivating strong referral partnerships, and building lasting relationships to expand the company's market presence. Serving as the primary point of contact for partners and evangelists, the Business Relationship Manager ensures effective communication and collaboration, driving mutual growth and success.Roles / Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and alliances, fostering mutual trust and collaboration that drive increased lead generation and market share. Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to support the company's growth and expansion goals. Negotiate contracts and close partnership agreements that align with the company's objectives and contribute to revenue growth. Facilitate clear and consistent communication between B2E and its partners and alliances ensuring that all parties are informed of expectations, changes, and opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing and team to create promotional strategies that attract new partnerships and enhance existing ones. Communicate effectively with Management to provide status on partner relationships, including performance metrics, opportunities, and risks. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand B2E's presence and build new connections.Qualifications : BA / BS or equivalent strongly preferred 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business relationships Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Networking skills Negotiation skills Excellent presentation and communication skills High level of professionalism and integrity Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape Familiarity with UKG Ready
