Payroll Dynamics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, with prior office or warehouse experience, to manage production for payroll company. This role will be Full-Time on-site in Hauppauge, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Main duties include effectively managing a real-time queue of incoming payroll submissions. Print, package and prepare checks for shipment.
- Ensure all client-specific instructions are followed accurately and workflows and processes are followed.
- Perform data entry to reconcile printed payroll totals.
- Track and verify delivery manifests to ensure shipments are handled properly and on time.
Minimal customer service.
- Assist with managing inventory and supplies, including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support production efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in a production or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions for multiple clients.
- Intermediate or higher computer and spreadsheet skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, especially in a customer service setting.
- Comfortable working on your feet and performing occasional lifting tasks.
