Responsibilities :
- Consult with clients to identify their business needs and guide them towards the best solution
- Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending a solution to their current payroll process
- Remain engaged with clients throughout implementation until they are up and running independently
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timelines
- Exchange routine information with members of the sales and implementation teams, including priorities, timelines, and issues as they arise
