Job Description

Payroll Plus has been serving clients for over 30 years, offering exceptional customer service while providing a simple solution to payroll and human resource needs. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will have a drive for customer satisfaction and be eager to grow and apply new skills.

Responsibilities :

Consult with clients to identify their business needs and guide them towards the best solution
Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending a solution to their current payroll process
Remain engaged with clients throughout implementation until they are up and running independently
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timelines
Exchange routine information with members of the sales and implementation teams, including priorities, timelines, and issues as they arise

Qualifications :

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to work individually and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree (Business or Accounting preferred) and / or equivalent experience working in a Business-to-Business client service environment

Payroll or HR experience

Comfortable with significant customer interaction and a strong interest in building relationships
