What's the role?
The Implementation Manager will oversee the technical application design, construction, and implementation of the isolved HCM suite for assigned accounts and projects. This role will be responsible for leading a team of Implementation Specialists, developing ongoing plan operations as needed, and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client inquiries as well as monitoring projects and plans to ensure implementations are processed efficiently.
