- Develop a strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory and passing them off to the payroll processor to work with.
- Conduct territory sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to create effective sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development efforts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and expand network connections.
Qualifications
