Senior Manager, Group FP&A
The Senior Manager FP&A role sits within Paysafe Group FP&A team, a fast-growing dynamic Fintech business, currently reporting to the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis. As Paysafe continues to expand, finance has a critical role in enabling this growth through accurate, relevant and insightful financial analysis.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Finance team, providing consolidated metrics for use by Paysafe Senior Management, Exco and Board of Senior Manager. As a senior member of the Group Finance team, they will also play a key part in developing and supporting more junior team members and driving an agenda of continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Finance team, providing consolidated metrics for use by Paysafe Senior Management, Exco and Board of Senior Manager. As a senior member of the Group Finance team, they will also play a key part in developing and supporting more junior team members and driving an agenda of continuous improvement.
The key areas of responsibility:
- Lead the Budget and Forecasting process including monitoring and tracking the Segments performance including Flash reporting and Business Reviews
- Thought leadership for FP&A processes and reporting – continuous improvement focussed on data visualisation and automation
- Building strong working relationships with the wider finance team to facilitate the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycle by producing reports, analysis and presentation packs
- Analytical support to key stakeholders including the Leadership Team, Board of Senior Managers and Group and Divisional Finance teams including Commercial, Controllership, Tax and Treasury.
- Support Investor Relations with the analysis and narrative for quarterly reporting
- Support Regulated entity forecasting process
- Deliver high quality management information and performance measurements that are accurate, meaningful, and relevant
- Ad hoc support to the VP FP&A
- Prior experience in a Global Corporate FP&A function required with a knowledge of management accounting
- Confident with complex concepts
- A proven track record to initiate and lead change
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Dynamic and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Planning tools/HFM highly desirable
- Knowledge of Visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advances Excel skills (financial modelling experience)
- Prior experience in a Group Corporate FP&A function required with a knowledge of management accounting
- Strong influencing and building relationship skills are a necessity
- Highly organized, able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment, and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with an ability to summarise matters concisely both verbally, in written form and in presentation
- An excellent team player with the ability to work proactively
- Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and broader finance and business community with resilience to challenge
- Bachelor degree
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation
