We are seeking a talented UI / UX designer to join our Front-End team. This new role is dedicated to maintaining a cohesive and practical design approach across all Paysera front-end systems. This new role aims to establish a robust design system, ensuring the development of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our users. The UI / UX Designer will be pivotal in the Front-End team, working closely with other team members to create a distinct Paysera design system. This role involves crafting a comprehensive suite of mockups, flows, and prototypes to facilitate the seamless integration of new features into Paysera products. Additionally, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.

Your key responsibilities :

• Design software product functionalities ensuring outstanding user experience, participating in daily Front-End team activities and collaborating extensively with the Engineering Team;
• Work alongside business analysts, software engineers, and stakeholders to convert concepts into innovative wireframes and detailed designs, from concept to engineering hand-off;
• Create and iteratively improve the UI for new and existing web-based applications, championing a single source of truth via up-to-date Figma mockups;
• Defend design choices and critical deliverables to peers and stakeholders, fostering a culture of excellence and coherence in design standards;
• Develop and maintain the product design system, including library components, to facilitate a seamless alignment between design and engineering outputs;
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to refine and improve design solutions continuously;
• Update and maintain design documentation, reducing reliance on hardcoded and non-responsive design elements;
• Standardize design components and principles across Paysera systems, ensuring brand consistency and reducing customized solutions;
• To improve engineering and QA processes, address and solve front-end related production bugs efficiently, without existing references or requirements;
• Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
