Job Requirements:
To be successful as a Post-Acute Care Nursing Manager, you will need to possess a strong background in geriatric nursing and be knowledgeable of practices and procedures governing functions in the post-acute care facility.
As a Nurse - Assisted Living Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care by coordinating and assisting with completion and submission of accurate and timely interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans according to CMS RAI Manual Regulations. You will also provide education to direct care associates regarding updates or changes to the CMS RAI Manual or Skilled Nursing Facility Regulations that impact documentation.

Key Qualifications:
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
* Two (2) years' nursing experience, geriatric nursing experience preferred
