We are seeking a highly skilled RN MDS Coordinator to join our team at Payson Care Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric nursing and be knowledgeable of practices and procedures governing functions in the post-acute care facility.
As a Nurse - Assisted Living Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with completion and submission of accurate and timely interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans according to CMS RAI Manual Regulations. You will also provide education to direct care associates regarding updates or changes to the CMS RAI Manual or Skilled Nursing Facility Regulations that impact documentation.

Qualifications:
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
* Two (2) years' nursing experience, geriatric nursing experience preferred
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
