What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Director position at Payson Community Kids?
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Program Director located in Payson, AZ. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the after-school program associated with the PCK's Board of Directors.
The following items are a brief description of the position.
- Organize, coordinate, and manage the after-school program and summer program. - Formulate and participate in the After School and Summer Program.
- Assist in keeping costs down, grant writing, and fundraising efforts. - Assist in donations such as monetary and in-kind, i.e., clothing, food, and back-to-school supplies.
- Work with social, civic, and local organizations to develop partnerships where appropriate and to develop and/or utilize volunteers.
- Provide continual training and support for all confidential documents regarding children, families, staff, volunteers, and the board.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
