We are seeking a competitive, results-driven, and adaptable Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. While experience in B2B SaaS or payments technology is ideal, we’re especially open to those with a proven track record in sales who demonstrate the grit, flexibility, and resilience to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
  • Source and qualify leads through outbound prospecting efforts (cold outreach, networking, industry connections).
  • Conduct discovery calls and thorough needs assessments to identify potential clients’ pain points, goals, and requirements.
  • Develop and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SDRs, Product, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to close.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to drive successful deal closures while maximizing value for both clients and the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to position our solutions effectively.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • A drive to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment where flexibility, scrappiness, and adaptability are key.
  • A consultative, strategic approach to sales focused on building long-term relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Preference for candidates with experience selling ERP or other financial software.
  • Familiarity with the accounts receivable / payable cycle is a plus.
  • Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience in a competitive field, with a demonstrated record of success. B2B SaaS or payments technology experience is ideal but not required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to travel (5-10%) as needed for team meetings, industry events, and conferences.
