The kind of person we're looking for :
We're looking for an energetic, thoughtful, and highly collaborative individual to join our Sales Enablement team to support our go-to-market teams. This role involves strategic thinking and ongoing enhancement and scalability of our end-to-end processes, impacting the onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in training and / or training and development, with experience in behavioral-based coaching.
The kind of stuff you'll be doing :
- Training Development : Assist the Sr. Manager of Sales Training & Development design, develop, and implement training programs that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, tools, and processes to enhance the performance of the sales team.
- Facilitating Training Sessions : Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to ensure both leaders and sales representatives are equipped with essential skills and knowledge to drive performance forward.
- Onboarding New Sales Team Members : Execute sales onboarding training for new sales team members to ensure they have a strong foundation and understanding of our products and sales processes to attain their time-to-contribution expectations of leadership.
- Needs Assessment : Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to assess training needs and identify knowledge gaps within the sales team to tailor ongoing training initiatives and programs accordingly.
- Content Creation : Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources that effectively communicate key concepts and skills.
- Performance Measurement : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coaching and Support : Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to reinforce learning and facilitate practical application of skills in real-world settings.
- Stay Updated : Keep current with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure alignment in messaging and resources provided to the sales team.
