About the role
The Project Analyst, as part of the Projects and Maintenance team, is responsible for overseeing and managing the processes of analysis, development, and implementation of requirements in Salesforce and Admin. Additionally, they collaborate with the Salesforce and product teams to generate initiatives for optimizing processes in an automated and efficient way.
What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs.
Analyze and document requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals.
Ensure a control environment minimizing incidents.
Collaborate with the Salesforce team to implement necessary adjustments and enhancements.
Monitor Salesforce / Admin performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Oversee the integration of various systems and tools within the organization to ensure a seamless flow of information.
Track project progress against timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment with operational standards.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, system, or a related field is commonly required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within the fintech or e-commerce industry.
Knowledge with SQL and RPA
Strong understanding of payment processing, e-commerce, financial regulations, and merchant services.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proven problem-solving abilities to address complex issues effectively.
