We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful adoption of our SaaS solutions, and driving customer retention and expansion for our clients.
In this role you will:
* Work closely with revenue cycle leaders, medical providers, product managers, and development teams both internally and externally
* Play a critical role in ensuring your clients understand PayZen’s value, and are set up for long term success
* Have a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and empathy for the patient and provider experience
\n- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Proactively address customer concerns and mitigate churn risk by identifying potential issues early
- Monitor product usage and customer satisfaction to ensure client valueIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs
- Educate customers on best practices, new features, and product updates to maximize ROI
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and implementation teams
- Provide regular status reports and insights on account performance to leadership
- 2 - 5 years of relevant SaaS or tech account management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within revenue cycle
- Prior experience working with engineering and product teams a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, from C-suite executives to frontline staff
- Strong analytical skills to drive decision-making and insights
- Proven ability to meet or exceed retention, upsell, and customer satisfaction targets
- Ability to create simple and powerful presentations that capture nuance and detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize effectively, and deliver on time
- Experience working at both early-stage startups as well as larger companies, to demonstrate adaptability to different environments and the ability to thrive in both
- Willingness and ability to travel - approximately 10%
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
