What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Liaison and Marketer position at PAZ Health Care Management?
Home Care Agency looking for a marketer and client services liaison to build and grow our census.The successful candidate will help bring a unique home care service option to low- and middle-income seniors who live in communal settings, and who have previously not been receiving the full services and supports that they need or are entitled to receive. Our Home Care Agency has been operational for over 30 years and has been in good standing with NYS DOH for the entire duration.The Business Development department manages the day-to-day sales efforts of the business and is responsible for:
- Identifying potential locations where seniors can benefit from our programs
- Establishing connections with those communities, including developing positive relationships with housing managers, social workers and other community stakeholders
- Supporting seniors and their families through the onboarding process to obtain services
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop a network of referral sources.
- Obtain Enrollment information
- Assist members in obtaining doctor's orders
- Assist Members with Enrolment Appointments
- Identify and market to seniors and disabled persons and to Buildings that serve such populations;
- Conduct presentations to consumers and professional groups;
- Marketing to Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries;
- Develop and maintain new referral sources and/or partnerships in the community
- Support clients to ensure they are connected to the right service levels
- Represent the agency in public
- Other actions necessary to help grow the scope and service outreach of the Agency
This is a field based position with flexible hours.The Agency Office is Based in Beacon, NY. The Territory covered includes the Hudson Valley (Dutchess, Westchester, Rockland) and may include the Capital Region if desired, as well (Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, Rensselaer)Compensation will be based on a base salary with bonus incentives. Pay Range will be from $50,000 - $100,000 per year.
