What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at PAZ Health Care Management?
We are looking for a qualified Dietary Aide to work in our NYS Licensed Assisted Living Facility.
Responsibilities
- Set up tables or other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
- Assist the Dietary Supervisor as needed in preparing or serving meals
- Deliver dishes and trays at designated times
- Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses etc.
- Discard leftovers and take out garbage
- Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware
- Stock ingredients and monitor inventory
- Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances
Skills
- Experience as a dietary aide helpful
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety guidelines helpful
- Friendly with good communication skills
Must be able to pass a Criminal History Record Check.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
