Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training.
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that meet customer preferences and seasonal trends.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and bar areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Support bartending operations, ensuring a well-stocked bar and adherence to drink recipes.
- Assist in catering events, coordinating logistics to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary to enhance team effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food management or food service management roles.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food safety practices.
