We invite you to join the team at PB Boulangerie & Bistro and work with Michelin Starred Chef Philippe Rispoli at Cape Cod's premier French Bakery. Open year round, the Boulangerie is a staple in Wellfleet living.
The Head Baker responsibilities include but are not limited to the preparation and baking of menu items such as breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, etc for both the Boulangerie and the Bistro. Individual should be comfortable with early morning work and prepared to follow the Executive Chef's instructions. 2 years experience required.
