Two families in Truckee, CA are looking for a loving, experienced, and developmentally-minded nanny to care for their two infants in a short-term nanny share.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young babies, values outdoor time, and thrives in a collaborative home environment!
The nanny share will take place at a shared location, where one set of parents occasionally works from home. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable with parents present while taking initiative and creating a calm, confident care space.
We're looking for someone with solid infant experience, a strong understanding of developmental milestones, and a passion for creating engaging, play-based learning opportunities that support early growth.
The home includes access to outdoor space perfect for walks and play, and the nanny is encouraged to spend time outside with the babies.

Responsibilities will include:
- Providing attentive, loving care to two infants during the day
- Creating and facilitating developmentally appropriate play and sensory activities
- Taking babies on walks and enjoying outdoor time when possible
- Following routines for feeding, naps, and play, and maintaining consistency for both children
- Communicating clearly and regularly with both families about routines, development, and updates
Light household tasks related to the babies, including:
- Baby laundry
- Washing bottles and baby dishes
- Tidying the nursery and shared baby spaces
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with infants and nanny share arrangements
- Strong understanding of early developmental milestones and how to support them through play
- Comfortable working with parents in and out of the home
- Warm, engaging, and respectful—able to balance the needs of two babies with care and ease
- Comfortable with dogs (family has one dog on the property)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
