Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Full Time Nanny to provide exceptional care for a 2-Year-Old girl and a 3-Month-Old boy Monday-Friday, from 8-4 p.m. This family is looking for a nanny to grow with their kiddos long term.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for both an infant and toddler simultaneously.
- Engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by tidying up play areas and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Prepare meals and snacks as needed, catering to dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Assist with daily routines such as nap times, diaper changes, and potty training.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's activities, behavior, and any concerns.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, physical activity, and social skills.
- Administer first aid when necessary and ensure the safety of all children at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to care for two children at very busy ages simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of toddler care practices and child development principles.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required (we will assist with this).
- Ability to create a clean, organized, and engaging environment for children.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both children and parents effectively.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children of all ages.
