A kind and intentional family is seeking a warm, experienced, and dependable part-time nanny to care for their joyful 10-month-old daughter. This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive home environment and build a lasting relationship as the family grows.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing, one-on-one care to a 10-month-old
- Engage in play-based, age-appropriate developmental activities
- Support nap routines and diaper changes
- Feed baby meals/snacks (food prepared by parents)
- Encourage outdoor time (walks around the neighborhood)
- Tidy up after meals, playtime, and diapering
Qualifications:
Required:
- At least 3 years of professional experience caring for infants or toddlers
- Legal to work in the U.S. (W-2 employment)
- Reliable transportation and a vehicle with AWD or 4WD (due to winter weather)
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- Comfortable working in a home with a parent present
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with gentle/positive parenting philosophies
- Interest in a long-term position as the family expands
- Open to taking the child on occasional nearby outings (once trust is built)
- Naturally warm, engaging, and communicative personality
