Responsibilities

- Perform repairs on refrigeration systems, including ammonia refrigeration units.
- Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain property by ensuring all systems are functioning correctly, including plumbing and heating.
- Weld components as necessary for repairs or modifications.
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair.
- Proficiency in property maintenance tasks, including plumbing and heating systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter effectively.
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Competence in welding techniques for equipment repairs.
