The Marketing & Sales Coordinator role is focused on channel marketing strategy and execution. This individual will effectively coordinate and facilitate field and channel marketing programs throughout the customer life cycle by collaborating with internal and external resources. The primary responsibility is to fulfill programs that generate revenue, maximize partner channel engagement, and convert marketing leads into clients.
A Marketing & Sales Coordinator is a master collaborator and communicator who can easily navigate complex relationships. This role will implement tactics that increase sales and awareness within the client community by supporting and leveraging other efforts with lead and sales-generating programs. They will work with the Marketing Manager and Client Experience Manager to build and execute field marketing activities, including, but not limited to events, trade shows, lunch & learn sessions, product reviews, and business review meetings.
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will successfully work with management to establish the infrastructure necessary to support, track, and analyze partner performance and impact on market share and the competitive landscape. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to ensure a win-win outcome for all parties involved.
The Role :
Developing and Executing Strategies :
A Marketing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for implementing strategies to build relationships with partners and increase revenue. This includes assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns, running promotions, hosting events, participating in trade shows, and providing partners with resources such as marketing materials and product updates.
Building Relationships :
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator must build strong relationships with partners to foster trust and collaboration between the two organizations. This involves regularly communicating with partners, attending events, and supporting them when needed.
Analyzing Performance :
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator must also analyze the performance of different programs to identify improvement areas. This includes tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue generated from each partner.
