Job Description
This position is responsible for providing professional and exemplary customer service to our bank customers by processing deposits and paying out funds in accordance with bank procedures, promoting and cross-selling financial products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have prior experience in cash handling, customer service, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process deposits and pay out funds in accordance with bank procedures
- Assist customers with personal and business accounts, while promoting and selling additional products and services
- Sell and promote a variety of deposit products and services to customers
- Adhere to the requirements of the BSA, AML, KYC, and OFAC programs
- Directly assist customers with loan requests for a variety of consumer loans
- Analyze and identify possible money laundering activity in accordance with anti-money laundering guidelines
