Responsibilities:
- Provide data entry support with the ERP System (Microsoft D365 F&SC) for master data requests submitted by the business, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with implementing a Data Governance capability for the entire organization.
- Assist with defining and orchestrating a Data Literacy solution.
- Assist with defining and implementing a Business Data Glossary/Catalog.
- Assist with defining, implementing and supporting a Data Quality process.
- Develop reports and dashboards summarizing key findings and insights from the Data Governance program.
- Support the development and implementation of data analytic and reporting solutions through validation and testing.
- Contribute to the design and support of a model to develop power data and report users within the business.
- Document processes, methodologies, and solutions for knowledge sharing within the team.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
- All other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School students enrolled in a business or technical professional studies program or Collee student who is currently pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, data science or related field.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools, such as SQL, Data Modeling, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with data governance and date quality components is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
