Market Manager Professional

Position Summary:
Plan, develop, and direct the outbound marketing efforts for assigned markets. Communicate product strategies
and develop innovative marketing programs that drive product demand. Coordinate Marketing activities with:
Communications Manager/Coordinator in production, advertising, promotion, Research and Development, Market
Research, Regulatory, and Sales.

Primary Responsibilities/Activities:

• Develop and implement a 3-year tactical marketing plan for our professional products and customers that

will meet our budgeted annual sales targets.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of customers, market dynamics, competitors, and current market

conditions. At the same time, recommend market research as needed.

• Responsible for the collection and analysis of competitive programs and pricing.
• Create, implement, and manage all published programs/pricing for the company's professional products that

meet our financial goals.

• Evaluate the success of our marketing programs against objectives, using fact-based analysis and metrics,

and develop a post-program review for the management team.

• Responsible for leading the Go-to-market team (Marketing, Sales, Product Development) in developing the

yearly marketing plan to meet our budgeted sales targets.

• Help define product marketing communication objectives with Product Management. Collaborate with Sales

and Marketing Communications in developing and supporting promotional programs, advertising campaign
concepts, collateral, and advertising materials for assigned markets/customers.

• Act as liaison to all departments to enforce the visual identity of the company's products. Preserve

consistency while ensuring that all branded materials express the most effective and recognizable company
or product message.

• Participate within Cross-Functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and

Regulatory, in managing Marketing elements of assigned products from launch through discontinuation.

• Coordinate developing and implementing product and program training materials for our professional

products and sales personnel, including outside distributor's representatives and end-users.

• Support the employee-ownership culture and live by the Company values in carrying out the day-to-day

operations

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business-related industry (MBA

preferred)

The low dental plan offers the lowest cost option and does not include orthodontic coverage. The high dental plan offers richer benefits for out-of-network providers and offers orthodontic coverage. Employee-owners are responsible for 100% of the cost of these plans.

Vision Insurance

PBI-Gordon offers a voluntary vision insurance plan designed to help protect you and your dependents eye health. Coverage is available for eye exams, frames, lenses and contact lenses. Employee-owners are responsible for 100% of the cost of this plan.

Life Insurance with Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

PBI-Gordon offers a company-paid $50,000 life insurance policy with AD&D for all full-time employee-owners. Employee-owners have the opportunity to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance for yourself, your spouse and/or your dependent children. The cost for this coverage is based on the amount you elect and your age.

Short- and Long-term Disability

PBI-Gordon offers company-paid short-term and long-term disability plans to provide income replacement in the event you are not able to work due to illness or injury. Short-term disability will provide 70% income replacement up to $1,350 per week and long-term disability will provide 60% income replacement up to $5,000 per month.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

PBI-Gordon offers EAP Services to all employee-owners and their families. EAP provides up to 6 free counseling sessions to help you and your family members manage life stressors, solve personal or relationship concerns, and achieve your goals.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

PBI-Gordon offers a Flexible Spending Plan in which you can set aside pre-tax monies into a medical reimbursement or dependent care account to help pay for out-of-pocket medical, dental or vision expenses or day care costs. The maximum contributions are determined by the IRS and adjusted annually. This is a use-it-or-lose-it account, meaning any funds remaining in the account following the close of the plan year will be forfeited.

Pet Insurance

PBI-Gordon is pleased to offer pet insurance options for your furry friends through ASPCA. The pet insurance plan is available to all employee-owners by enrolling and paying premiums directly to ASPCA.

Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO)

The amount of paid time off (PTO) depends upon the employee's position and years of service. Paid time off includes Regular PTO, Personal PTO, and specified paid company holidays.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

We act like we own the company because we do! An ESOP provides employees with an ownership stake in the company. It's an additional form of compensation directly tied to PBI-Gordon's financial success. All regular employees are eligible to participate in the ESOP the first of the month following 30 days of service PBI-Gordon contributes approximately 18% of total compensation annually with a six-year vesting schedule. Our ESOP is more than a benefit, it's a key part of a culture and it can provide significant rewards in retirement.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

Saving for retirement is one of the most important financial decisions you can make. PBI-Gordon offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan to assist employees with this important financial goal. New employees are eligible to participate the first of the month following 30 days of employment. PBI-Gordon provides a company match of 100% up to a 3% deferral with a three year vesting schedule.

Fitness Reimbursement

PBI-Gordon believes regular exercise helps improve overall health and job performance. PBI-Gordon will reimburse up to a maximum of $300 annually to any employee who provides documentation of payment for a fitness membership

William Everett & Mary Ellen Mealman Scholarship Fund

Children or grandchildren of PBI-Gordon employees may apply for a scholarship under the William Everett & Mary Ellen Mealman scholarship fund administered by the Greater Kansas CIty Community Foundation. Applicants must be between the ages of 17-26 and the parent or grandparent must be employed by PBI-Gordon for at least 3 years to be eligible. Applicants are awarded based on financial need, academic achievement, and involvement in extracurricular/community activities. Scholarships may be used for tuition, books and fees paid directly to the school. Applications are due February 1st, each year.

Tuition Reimbursement

PBI-Gordon offers tuition reimbursement, up to $5,250 annually, for bachelor's level coursework related to their current job or any future job offered at PBI-Gordon

To be eligible for tuition reimbursement, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Have completed at least one year of employment with PBI-Gordon prior to beginning course work.

• Coursework must be relevant to your current or future role at PBI-Gordon as identified in your Individual Development Plan.

Parental Leave

PBI-Gordon Companies will provide paid parental leave to all regular, full-time employees following the birth of a child or the placement of a child with an employee in connection with adoption, foster care, or surrogacy. The purpose of paid parental leave is to enable the employee to care for and bond with a newborn or a newly placed child through adoption, foster care, and surrogacy. This policy will run concurrently with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave, as applicable.
