What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visualization Specialist position at PBK Architects, Inc.?
In this role, you will provide key support in a high growth area of an award winning architectural, engineering and consulting firm. As a successful candidate, you will produce architectural renderings including Eye level exterior views, interior views, and balcony and upper level views of buildings. Your Impact: • Assist Graphic Designers in editing architectural drawings, photos, and renderings. • Develop architectural renderings for presentation to clients. • Update company website with latest project photos and renderings. • Assist in creating 3D architectural modeling and virtual tour videos for projects as needed by clients. • Create 3D models of architectural and interior based on 2D drawings and sketches. • Assists in the development in all phases of design. • Resolves minor design issues. • Regularly review the deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness. • Ensures renderings are complying to the company and design standards as well as project comments. • Regularly submits progress 3D modeling for checking. Here’s What You’ll Need: • BS in Architecture preferred. • Certification on 3D Modeling Software. • At least 2-3 years of experience as a 3D Modeling and rendering.
